The educational guardianship of the child shall be for the custodian, and when disagreeing about what is in the best interests of the child, any of the concerned parties shall submit the matter to the President of the Family Court in his capacity as judge of urgent matters of time to issue his decision by order of a petition without prejudice to the right of the custodian in the educational mandate.
