Hello.. I just want to share my history about my employer in Bahrain.because I don't know who help me for the situation that's why I try here hope you can help me.. My employer last June 29 he send me at the agency without valid reason. He send me at the agency and he said to the agency that I have a boyfriend...having a boyfriend is a pernosal life...unacceptable reason.I'm working hard for the company as a waitress in the Cafe and restaurant. Then one day you shock yourself it's like you dreaming.. Me and my co-worker sleeping in the room of our company accommodation last June 29 2020 around 11am there is one man manager of the company he open directly the door without knocking.. Very unprofessional company. The Manager woke me up and he said pack fastly all your things and you transfer other accommodation. And me I followed what he said I pack very fast and I ask where we go the manager ignore me.. His not answering what I ask for him.then around 12pm he take me at the agency.my employer and the manager is liar...I have a contract two years and now my visa is already expired.and already I've done one year of my job and my employer broke my contract I just to know sir what should I do because until now my employer not give my paasport I want to get my passport and I don't how can I get...
