Ok thanks i am worried because I have been working with this company for close to four years now and my contract is clearly stated that am working six days a week for the pass few months they are asking me to work without off which is impossible for me that one fay off a week is very important to my mental and physical health and when I take a day off my salary is been deducted what can i do please.

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
