You can go to the embassy of the country that you desire to travel to and follow the below procedures:

• Apply by filling out an application form 
• Hold your valid passport for at least six months
• Fill out all information including the purpose of visitation 
• Submit a proof of accommodation as soon as you arrive the country
• NOC of travelling to this country
• Bank Statement, six months before applying
• A certificate of Good Conduct

Then, book an interview with the embassy. If you pass the interview, you will be given a visa
