I would like to go to Italy

- Valid passport for a period not less than six months.
- Bank statement for the last six months.
- Hotel reservation.
- Flight booking for the flight period.
- A letter from the employer stating the date of appointment, salary, occupation and the approved flight.
- International health insurance.
- A letter explaining the route of the trip.
