Hello mam sir actually I am going to get one second hand car but there is some problems I am in Dubai the car is Abu Dhabi number plate that guy also in Dubai and my visa also abudhabi and I am also from Dubai we would like to transfer ownership by online but I don't know how if the way was free we can there at Abu Dhabi transfer office but due to the covid-19 test is compulsory need for Inter Abudhabi that's why we couldn't find the best way if you know please something let me know otherwise you can send link
