According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in the UAE, the worker must have a contract with the company / facility that employed him / her. The contract shall be made in Arabic and can be edited in English. The contract shall be written by THREE copies - a copy given to the worker, a copy to the employer and the third shall be archived at the competent labor department. The worker shall ensure that he /she obtains his / her copy of the contract. .
