It depends on the clinical examination of a dermatologist and investigations as CBC to rule out infection

Causes of skin rash and itching:

• skin allergy which associated with itching, redness, swelling, and rash
• Fungal infection which associated with itching, ras
• Bacterial infection which associated with redness, fever, swelling, pain
• Scabies which associated with night itching
