Treatment of left ear

It is common symptom due to many causes. Firstly, avoid itching or maniuplating your ear to decrease your pain. Use analgesics like Ibbuprofen 400 mg three times daily to decrease pain severity. You can use antibiotic ear drops like Gentamycin ear drops four times daily to relieve any inflammation in ear. If there is no response you can seek your ENT doctor.

Investigations to do

Most cases need clinical examination only. You can examine your ear by ENT doctor specialist and otoscope.
