I need japanese depandent visa

You must submit an application with the Japanese Immigration Service accompanied by the following:

• Application forms (see immi-moj)
• Passports
• Passport-size photos of your spouse and each child
• Marriage certificate
• Birth certificate(s)
• Letter verifying your employment
• Proof of dependancy (only visas for older dependents)
