My setuation is last year I applied to process my...
My setuation is last year I applied to process my documents going to Canada,then I paid worth 4200,now I want to refund the half of said amount as per advice to the contract if with in 6 months nothing happen to my documents it can refund, but suddenly the agency always ask only by nextmonth if that date is come nothing and promise again another month, can you help me pls what should I do to get my half deposit quickly because this coming September is already 1 year since I deal with them thank you

The only legal procedure is to file a lawsuit to recover your money by submitting all the documents that prove your claim are correct and you will be judged for recovering your money and if you feel that there is fraud by them you can file a complaint of fraud
Article 399:
Detention or a fine shall be imposed upon any one who seizes, for himself or for another, a movable property, or obtains a document or signature thereon, cancellation or destruction thereof or amendment thereto by fraudulent means, or by assuming a false name or capacity, where such an act leads to deception of a victim and leads him to surrender. The same punishment shall apply to anyone who disposes of real estate or movable property knowing that such a property is not owned by him or that he has no right to dispose thereof, or if he disposes of a thing knowing that it has been previously disposed of or contracted upon, provided that such acts cause damage to a third party.
