The judge does not convict the accused of the crime of theft unless there is one of the following evidence:
-Confession of the accused.
- Witness testimony.
- Filming the accused while committing theft crime.
If there is all or any of that evidence, the judge will sentence the accused to prison. Also, the penalty is imprisonment for a period of no less than three months according to the provisions of Article 380 of the Bahraini Penal Code.
