Article (61)
The employer may dismiss the worker without notice and without payment of the end of service gratuity in the following instances
1. If the worker assumes a false identity or nationality or submits false certificates or documents.
2. If the worker commits an act which causes gross financial loss to the employer provided that the employer shall notify the Department of the incident within twenty four hours from the time of his being aware thereof.
3. If the worker violates more than once the written instructions of the employer concerning the safety of the workers and the establishment despite his being notified in writing of the violation provided that these instructions shall be written and posted up in a conspicuous place.
4. If the worker fails more than once to carry out his essential duties under the service contract or this law despite his having been notified in writing thereof.
5. If the worker discloses the secrets of the establishment where he is employed.
6. If the worker is found during the working hours in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of a drug.
7. If the worker commits an assault on the person of the employer, the manager or one of his supervisors in the work during the work or by reason thereof.
8. If the worker repeats his assault on his colleagues in work despite his being warned in writing thereof.
9. If the worker absents himself from work without legitimate cause for more than seven consecutive days or fifteen days in one year.
10. If the worker has been finally sentenced for a crime involving immorality or dishonesty.
So legally you can ask for compensation for the damage that followed you by going to the court and file a compensation case and that will be determined by the court according to the damage and that require a lawyer to follow that.

Coz when i arrived at the office they called me to sign the termination paoer without explaining what is embezzlement just the hr said that whether i sign it or not it is same. And embezzelemnt act is accusation for me sir am i right? Can i sue them for defalmation or slander that affect my reputation

Article (54)
In addition to any sums to which the worker is entitled to upon the expiry of his service, the employer shall pay the end of service gratuity to the worker who has completed employment of one year or more. This gratuity shall be agreed upon by the two parties, provided that it is not less than a three-week wage for every year of employment. The worker shall be entitled to gratuity for the fractions of the year in proportion to the duration of employment.
The worker’s service shall be considered continuous if it is terminated in cases other than those stipulated in article (61) of this Law and is returned to service within two months of its termination.
The last basic wage shall be the base for the calculation of the gratuity.
The employer has the right to deduct from the bonus the amounts owed by the worker, just as you are legally entitled in the event that the false allegation is proven to you in the end of the work. The claim for compensation and filing a complaint with defamation before the Public Prosecution

The security who took my mobile to me and it stay to them with 2hours and more without my approval they took it to me and ask my password which they did not explain to me the reason and they open my personal mobile with out me in front and without my approval can i sue them also for harassment and when they take my phone without my approval

Then my manager posted a video clip in the group of employees in whatsapp with including me in the group, he posted a video that includes me in it from the cctv footage of our company, the footage copy is 3 minutes, in that video they can see i am on my section and one of the señiorities of visual merchandising is there talking to me and we are discussing about work related, yet they did not ask us why we are talking in the video for 3 minutes yet the manager conclude that we are just socializing and not working and just going outside for cigarette which i dont smoke. All staff saw that video and aside from that he send a voice clip saying this accusation to me. And the result all employees are talking about me and he ruin my reputation as an employee. He jump into conclution without asking or investigating then he will tell all of this to the staff thru group message in internet

Can i file a case to my manager for giving a false accusations thru his voice message as an evidence coz he posted a video of me thru a copy of cctv in our shop and accused us of things that we did not really do. And he posted it on the group of all staff but not including the persons in the video. He posted it without my approval at all ataff is taking about it. He ruin my reputation in the company as an employee
