hello sir i am having constipation since last one month ..only i can go toilet if i take ducolax at night and next morning i can use toilet but after going toilet in morning i get again constipated until i will take ducolax again'

What are the causes of constipation ?
- High fiber diet include vegetables and fruit
- Eat fewer food that contain low fibers as meat product or fast food
- Drink water as much as you can
- Stay active
- Try to manage your stress
- Do not ignore the urge to pass stool
- Use laxative as stimulant or fiber supplement or osmotic such as laxel three times per day or avilac syrup
