Check puffiness , differential diagnosis and management
Check puffiness is a result of some degree of fluid collection in the tissue uner the skin, if unilateral its most likely a result of allergic reaction to a drug or food or as a result of eye allergy which could be associated with eye redness and swelling of eyelids, in this case it will be treated with loratidine 10 mg tab once daily for 5-10 days . 

In case of bilateral swelling a systemic cause of eye puffiness should be investigated and a you should consult your treating family doctor especially if puffiness perisisted .
Required investigations 
After doing proper clinical exam you should check your blood pressure , do urine analysis to check for urine protein level . Check kidney function tests Urea, Cr and do protein /Cr ratio . Check cholesteol level , Liver function test of Albumin , Total protein . Do ESR , RF , ANA.
Possible causes 

• Urticaria
• Food , drug allergy
• Glomerulonephritis
• Nephrotic syndrome

You should avoid any possible allergen of any food or drug, have a well balanced diet and use cold packs to reduce swelling
