What is the treatment of Back Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve back pain :
- Take medications such as Celecoxib100 twice daily to relieve the pain .
- Avoid sitting in wrong postures and positions .
- Apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day .
- Apply Voltaren Gel three times per day .
