Hi good day I purchase the item from carrefour onlin thin I had been contacting them for cancelled the items And they already did cancelled the order case no. 1614614. This order was cancelled before the delivery but the item came to me and when i told the delivery guy to take it back he told me to contact the carrefour center instead . Then i did what i have to do and the agent from the call center had promised to get back to me within 48hrs, i was told someone from carrefour will ring me for pick up of the item to be returned but in the next 48hrs i called again because nobody did contact me, and again i heard the same story again. That within 48hrs someone again will contact me for pick up.every time i call your center they keep on repeating same story and now its been 7 days still nobody contacted me.
