Yesterday while doing my walking exercise, I had pain on top left side of my chest it was obvious & I continued walking but at the end on my way back it started to ease.
weather was very hot & humid.

Wht is the treatment of left sided chest pain ?
if you have any heart problems you need to follow up with a cardiologist urgently , some kind of angina or coronary artery disease appear with excercise
you can take Esomeprazole 40mg for stomache problems
you can take Gemifloxacin 320mg once daily for 5 days for chest infection
you can take ibuprofen 600mg for musculoskeletal causes
there are many causes of left sided chest pain that are
chest pain related to cardiac causes such as myocardial infarction or angina
in these cases it's associated with difficulty in breathing, sweeting, shoulder and neck pain especially with exerting effort
Chest pain related to respiratory causes, such as bronchitis or common cold or lung infection
in these cases, the pain is associated with cough, fever, chest-wheezing
chest pain related to musculoskeletal trauma, in these cause the pain is well localized and for long time and relieved by analgesia
chest pain related to gastroesophageal causes like reflux of stomache acid and hiatus hernia , and indigestion

Electrocardiography ECG
Chest X ray CXR
In some cases you need to do an ECHO and endoscope
