I have no breathing problem or cough i don't have fever or headache bu am having a persistent throat pain, burning and feeling like something round in in my throat. Sometimes i feel thorns pinching me in throat and chest and a little pain in some parts of my body which goes away in few minutes . What might be the cause

What is the treatment of Throat pain ?
You need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation . Besides you have to follow the following :
- Bed rest .
- Drink enough amount of water every day .
- Eat well balanced and healthy diet that include essential nutrients .
- Take Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever .
- Treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection : Zithrocin tab or Amoxillin .
