I have a swelling on the left side of my forehead, a little swelling on the left side of the neck and slight pain on both sides of the back of the ears when I press it

The swelling on the forehead just happened line a couple of hours ago but the neck side is from yesterday. I am not talking any medications but I do have itchy, burning red eyes, I’m using Phenicol eye drops.
Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

Symptomes and treatment of Lymphadentits
Lymphadenits is a condition of lymph nodes irritation and inflammation where they got tender and swallowen especially neck and behind ear lymphnodes. This inflammotory process is a result of head and neck infectious origin from scalp, throat or ear. It should be treated with Oral Amoxicillin/ Clavulonic acid 875 mg tab twice a day for 14 days and Ibuprofen 600 mg tab three times a day for pain management. if the symptomes perisisted despite proper medical management you should consult your treating family doctor
Required investigations
After a proper physical exam you should do cbc to detect any rise in WBC count, if symptomes perisisted of LN swelling you should do a blood microscopic film, LDH, and a biopsy would be taken from the LN.
