Dear Sir, I have an employee who is working in my salon and completed 5 years in November 2015. In 2012 she went on one month annual leave of 30 days. I presumed after her leave she would come back. I was not aware that she had left Kuwait for good without my knowledge. She came back after 3 months. I took her back. All these 5 years I have been giving her the basic salary+Housing allowance+Overtime+Benefits. Now she is demanding 5 years of indemnity or take me to court. Please advise me Sir ....... what I have to do. With kindest regards, Luiza
