I have this terrible back pain..it's on the upper...
I have this terrible back pain..it's on the upper bones of my bottom...if i do a lot of work(walking,cleaning,exercise)i can't bend and it's painful...i had this injection Zoledronic Acid 5mg last Feb ...i didn't have my follow up check ups because of the pandemic...i am taking Ponstan forte if ever i'm having this pain...pls doc what can i have to take for the pain so i can do my work?...thank you for your time!

What is the treatment of Back Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve back pain :
- Clinical assessment .
- Avoid wrong postures and sitting positions .
- Anti-inflammatory drugs as catflam
- Muscle relaxant as relaxone
- Apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day .
- Apply Voltaren Gel three times per day .
- You need to do physical exercises such as swimming or other kind of exercises regularly
