Dear SIR,I move to a new villa in Arabian Ranches one month ago, since the beginning, we have lot of problem with AC, Noise, and water supply, the Water pump stops working every two days and water in the villa is very hot and we are not able to get a normal shower or get drinking water trough filter because of temperature. Emar maintenance people claim that the pump is fine and doesn't care about water temperature as well as the landlord. The engineer suggested a water cooling system but the landlord doesn't want to provide the same. Our living condition is not acceptable. What is my right

We would like to inform you that you have to file a complaint with the Rental Dispute Resolution Commission, in order to compel the lessor to solve the problems related to adaptation and water supply.
Moreover, you have to explain in the complaint that this problem is faced since the beginning of the lease.
The Rental Dispute Settlement Committee will check the complaint and issue the appropriate decision
