We would like to inform you that the probation period is a right in favor of the employer to determine whether the employee has the right to continue working or not within 6 months. He can dispense with the worker's services without being obliged to warn the worker or pay the end of service benefits that are legally determined. As for the worker during the probation period, he has no right to terminate the work without a legal justification permitting the dissolution of the employment contract.
