Male 38 years old. Have a lump in chest area and this was there since I was around 15 years old. Doctors then said it must be a lymph node and nothing to worry. Now it seems it is grown a bit larger and it pains when the muscle around the chest is activated due to some activity

Treatment of chest lump
It is common complaint due to many factors either lymph nodes enlargement of due to other causes. You have to avoid manipulate the lump site to avoid inflammation. take analgesic like Ibbuprofen 400 mg three times daily to decrease pain and size. Seek a medical help to be examined by your doctor to determine the cause of lump
