Hi sir am shafeek from india (kerala ) I am working under mind & muscle security company. Me and my two friends (muneer and sajin kumar )are trapped in this company. The company management has collected 5200 as visa charge before giving this visa. But company is not giving the job. We got the offer letter from mind and muscle. We came here in december 19th. after 3 month company gave 10 to 15 days duty only. they are not providing the salary ,still 3+months salary is pending. We asked the company management about our salary issues. But they informed we have to wait for the pending salary. We came to know that the company is getting payment from the clients and not giving even basic salary. But now company management complaint against us. We hope this country labour laws will help us .
