My company issued a letter notice of END of SERVICE / Termination of my contract on March 10, 2020 and so, in April 08, 2020 I stop working getting propper procedure for handling over of my job & clearance signed by Project Manager. If I summarized the full package of my salary is this:Basic Salary = 4,800, Food & Accommodation = 2,400, Transportation= 1,800, Living Allowance = 1,800 & Fixwd O.T. = 1,200 with a TOTAL of =12,000 andUntil now, I have still 2-months pending salary months of Feb. 2020 & March 2020.The Account Staff they show me my settlement computation with a grand total of 37,500 dirhams. I wanna a get a copy but as per the Account Manager instruction to his staff not to give a copy.And this is the fact information i got from the Account Staff 30% will be deducted to the Grand total of my settlement.May I ask if this 30% deduction as per Labor Law, and why my company deducted 30% of total amout of my settlement? I have the right to compaint in the Labor Department? and also 3-months i don't have any job waiting only my visa cancellation and my settlement.Expecting your immediate response on my problem and I am running out of money if i stay more days in UAE i want to go back home in the earliest time.
