I have a question about I paid a travel ban that I was not aware of cause I returned to kuwait from vacation on 17 January 2020. I am trying to transfer my vehicle and even though I paid the bill through the Ministry of Justice Kuwait Airport Branch. I’m being told I must go to Ahmadi court to get clearance letter and take it to traffic department Capital Governorate
