We would like to inform you that according to the Personal Status Law, which cares about marriage and divorce and the consequences , there is nothing preventing you from filing another case related with the previous reasons, as that is your right. So you can go to the Family Orientation then they will refer the case to the court according to article 16, in order to avoid refusing the case.
