I am leaving Dubai on repatriation flight to India. My company will send my settlement & visa cancellation after I go. How can I ensure that they do what they promise

We would like to inform you that if you were terminated and you didn't get the settlement and didn't get guarantee to be paid after your leaving, then there is no guarantee unless by making power of attorney to any person resides in the country to handle the follow up with the company to get all your labor rights, then send to you.

It is better to have a power of attorney through the notary at the Federal Court so that the objection to the power of fraud is not challenged by the employer if you travel
