Can my boyfriend report me for looking at his phone? I was at his house and he gave me access to the phone, although he claims he didn't (otherwise its password protected, I wouldn't be able to access it). He called police and we made verbal agreement in front of them that I will delete what I saw, as I took a picture of it and he will not pursue me legaly. I did not share the content of it with anyone, just with him.
