Treatment of back pain
It is common complaint due to many factors and causes. Firstly. avoid heavy works and lifitng heavy weights these days. Also, you can apply hot packs on your back pain area. Take analgesics like Ibbuprofen 400 mg three times daily to relieve pain. Apply topical analgesic cream like FAST RELIEFE GEL three times daily til seeing your doctor.
Investigations to do
Beside clinical diagnosis, you can ask for lower back x ray or MRI for proper diagnosis
