Hi, I have been terminated in month of March due to service not required, I have served 1 month notice. I am on my husband's visa, my labour card has been canceled by my company 4 weeks ago, yet my dues are not cleared and now they are asking me to sign an undertaking letter. Kindly advise on the same.
