Hi respected sir madam.i just want to ask...
Hi respected sir madam.i just want to ask something about my problem.i am here in doha qatar and yesterday early morning i am drunk and go to the accomodation of men because i just want to talk to my friend about something personal.but sad to say instead we settled the problem it ended up in a commotion.we fight and he pushed me hardly that causes me to fall down and get multiple bruises.my question is do i have the right to file a complain against him?or i will be the one they can charge or file a case against me because i am the one who go in their place
