Hello Good day! I want to ask something i am working here in the UAE for 2 years and i just finished my contract last june 17, 2020 may i know when can i exactly get my graduity ?? Because according to my employer they will only give it 2 days before my flight but i am scared that they will not give it to me in full payment like what they did to my colleagues they only give 1/4 of their graduity due to tcrisis of covid and they said they will just send it once they arrived back to their country but they didn't sign any agreement. And my colleagues don't have any choice because the day after is already their flight going home to their country and until now the employer didn't give. What do you think the Legal Action if they will do the same to me.?? Thank you.
