please note that if you are in overstay situation then there will be some fees that have to be paid before you can quit the country
please note that the overstay situation doesn't interfers with you new visa application for another country but the fact is that once you get to the aerport and want to travel, you'll face a ban unless you pay the fees,

Fine will be calculated after 30 days of grace period
