My mutual divorce is filed in India , it is still...
My mutual divorce is filed in India , it is still under process . Counseling date is not yet done due to current situation . I am currently under company’s visa , my question is can I stay with a friend before getting divorce ? Can my father file case against him or me in this regard if I stay with him ?

Please kindly note that if you reside in the UAE and have applied for divorce in India, this does not mean staying with any friend of yours, as the matter is considered a crime according to law as a crime punishable by law as long as there is no legal trait for you as well so there must be a marriage contract to reside together and this requires Waiting for a decision on a divorce lawsuit in India, as India prohibits polygamy
