 We would like to inform you that to stop smoking you have to specify the times and circumstances that motivate you to smoke and develop a plan to replace the smoking habit with other habits that distract you
I will give you some advice that helps you to quit smoking, including the following: -
- Determine the reasons for which you want to stop smoking

Use medications that help you stop smoking under the supervision of a specialist
- Watch videos about smoking damage so that you have a motive to quit and quit for good and not to think about returning to it again.
