I have got online education diploma in account from Pakistan and after completion I waited for the day of TCs from Pakistan via Abu Dhabi but all the planes were closed due to coronavirus. Muhammad bin Zayd went to work and I could not receive him because he was there. I called another man and he agreed to receive it. When I came back and asked for a certificate, he gave it to me. Clearly refused. He's not giving it to me anymore. I'm worried
