Hi Dr, Please I feel often stomach irritation...

irritation in the stomach and vomiting and urge to use the toilet what is the treatment ?
the treatment in this case is depending upon the main cause of these symptoms but at first a antacid drug might be given such as gaviscone, and a ppi drug such as omeprazole, an antiemetic drug to relief the senastion of nausea and vomiting such as metoclopramide 
what are the diagnostic tests needed ?
the clinical examination and past medical history, a stool antigen analysis for h.pylori bacteria to rule out a stomach infection, gastroscope with a sample to check in case you have a stomach ulcer or peptic ulcer and in some cases a colonoscope might be needed specially if the docotor suspects a bowel disease ( crohns or ulceratie colitis ) 
what are the possible causes ?

• inflammatory bowel syndrome 
• crohns disease 
• peptic ulcer disease 
• gastritis 
• gastroenteritis
