We would like to inform you that according to the law, the employer can’t take the worker’s passport , so you can ask them to return it to you, if they refused then you have to go to the police and file a complaint and take a copy of that complaint to the labor office to clear the violation. Note that the law allows the governmental entities to take the passport with legal reason unless it is legal violation, but the private sectors are not allowed for that.
