We would like to inform you that in order to stop smoking, you must note many points. First, the many dangers of smoking that harm you and those around you who are closest to you because smoking is a negative habit that harms the person and society. There is movement due to the symptoms caused by smoking, as it damages the lungs, breathing, heart, nerves, and other systems of the body, so you must see with your own eyes what the smoking causes to it in order for it to motivate you to stop and make the decision to quit.

·         Third, do not allow anyone to smoke in front of you, either to stop or quit and go until you do not feel weak and share smoking

·         Practice sport and fill free time with useful things and not stay alone for a long time so that the obsessions and thoughts do not control you, even one cigarette

·         Use the nicotine stickers in pharmacies and replace smoking by catching a cigarette toy to give the same suggestion or gum crack or eating crisps instead of cigarettes.
