my hand very Itching. i dont know idea. how solve....

Treatment of itching
the treatment depend on the cause if there is bacterial infetion you can use the Antibiotics like Cefuroxime 500mg twice daily and topical antibiotics like Bacitracine 3 times daily for one week , and if the cause due to fungal infection you can use topical Micunazole twice daily for one weake , and for allergy you can use dexamethasone injection and also you need to use topical hydrocortisone 1% , I also recommend to use antihistamine medications to ease symptoms , If rash last more than one day in this case you need to consult dermatologist to help you and to follow up treatment
Diagnosis
By taking full medical history and doing clinical examination ,and CBC for detect the infection
