treatment of excessive sweating :
- medication to treat sweting such as :
1. Glycopyrrolate 
2. Benzatropine 
- surgical options are :
1. botox injections 
2. sweating glands removal 
3. cutting the nerve supply of sweating glands 
Possible cause of excessive sweating  :
- your medical condition is called primary sweating which is related to your emotions and your daily actions and its not clearly related to any medical disease in your body 
General advices for coping with hyerperhidrosis :
1. wear a comfoy shoes with good air entry
2. avoid alcohol and spicy food 
3. using sweating pads 
4. bathing daily or at least washing foot daily
5. avoid stress
