As a Retired Bahraini and working part time are their any laws governing when I should be paid? What benefits am I allowed? I am pretty much on my own , my husband took another wife about 8 years back, the money I get from Gosi isn’t much .He doesn’t give me money at all and hasn’t since he left my son and I. The house we stay in does belong to him. He only pays electric. Everything else falls on me so I need to work part time to pay for my loan, food, gas , car, car maintenance and any problem that may and does arise with the house we stay in. My son married a year and a half back and his wife is due in August. I take care of myself and help them when possible. So you see I have to work. I know if I were to work full time they will stop my Gosi, I can’t afford that, I have to eat! Could you please help me with any information that governs the rights of a part time employee. Greatly appreciated!
