If you want not to renew the lease, you must review the lease contract until you implement the clause regarding the steps that you must follow if you want not to renew the lease. If there is no clause in the lease that sets out these steps, the executive regulations of the Sharjah Lease Law have confirmed:
First:
The lease contract is valid until the end of the period specified in it and it may be renewed for a similar period or other periods, unless the tenant wishes to terminate the rental relationship before the expiry of the period specified in the lease contract, he must notify the lessor two months before the date of termination.
