Treatment :
- the symptoms you have mentioned are not so worrisome, and it occurred because of the high intake of Alcohol which could cause an irritation of the Esophageal and gastric linings, so you should avoid doing this again, what is considered an emergency is the vomiting of blood, regarding the use of mephigastryl after the vomit it's not necessary and non-relevant in terms of your symptoms because its a drug used to treat Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and you could use Omeprazole 20mg twice a day or Pramin 10mg three times a day instead
diagnosis:
- based on your medical history, physical examination, and some tests such as Upper Endoscopy, liver Enzymes
alarming symptoms that you should go to a hospital when they occur:
- blood vomit
- loss of consciousness
- chest pain
- shortness of breath
- confusion
