It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that the fines for overstaying in UAE must be paid before exiting and they are as following
For residents:

Dh25 per day for first Six months

Dh50 per day fine for second Six months

Dh100 per day fine after One year

Fine will be calculated after 30 days of grace period

The fines have to be paid as service fees at the immigration offices or at the airport when exiting

The visa fees exemption is for all types of entry permits which expired during the flight suspension, and the exemption time frame is from March 1 until end of 2020.
