No link between COVID19 and your recovery from it and stomach pain, to treat stomack pain you have to take 
What is the reasein of sick the stomuch at the first Pantovir 40mg twice daily for 14 days and avoid smoking and spicy food.
What are the causes of stomach pain:

• smoking
• hot , spicy food
• consuming high caffeine containing beverages and chocolate
• acid reflux
• hernia
• H.pylori bacterial infection
• stress

Symptoms of the stomach sickness

• heart burn
• vomiting
• bloating
• vomiting of blood in severe untreated cases
• severe abdominal pain
• dark or brown stool

Diagnosis

• taking full medical history of the patient
• CBC test
• H.pylori stool antigen test
• gastroscopy

How to treat H.pylori infection if the test is positive
cut off all the previously mentioned risk factors and use the following prescription for 14 days then if no improvement you should visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation

• Pantovir 40mg twice daily for 14 days
• Metronidazole 500mg three times daily 14 days
• Clarithromycin 500mg three times daily for 14 days

If one of the following occurs , you should go to the hospital immediately

• vomiting blood
• bloody stool
• severe abdominal pain
