We would like to inform you that In order to marry foreigners in the UAE, a person wishing to marry is required to submit the following documents when going to the Shari'a Judicial Department:

1 - passports of the owners of marital relationship

2 - Residence them in the state

3 - Provide a certificate of medical examination that shows the absence of diseases and indicate the extent of fitness for marriage

4 - The wife to obtain a certificate of no objection to marriage and the matter is through the review of the embassy of her country and apply for it

5 - the wife to obtain a certificate showing the social status of her, which shows if her marriage or was widowed or divorced or single

5 - Attendance of the guardian or his representative in the event that it is impossible to attend and then bring two witnesses to the court and complete the procedures of the marriage contract and to be ratified the marriage contract from the court and authorized by the court and ratified by the Foreign Ministry and embassies of your countries

We would like to inform you that if you want to terminate a limited contract before the term ends, then in this case if the contract was terminated by the employer’s side, the worker was obligated to compensate the employer for the loss he had sustained as a result of the termination of the contract, the compensation amount does not exceed half a month's wages for a period of three months or the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter
Article (116):
Where a contract is revoked by the worker for reasons other than those stipulated in Article (121), he shall be required to compensate the employer for any damage the latter sustains as a result, provided that the amount of compensation shall not exceed half a month wage for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
